Service & Warranty Policy

  • We will honor and guarantee our fixed price for the work specified in the contract. Any additions or deletions from the signed contract will be accounted for with a change order, and you will always know where you stand with the contract price.
  • We back up our work with real testimonials and references from many clients. Many of our clients are happy to let our prospective customers walk through their home to see firsthand the quality of our work.
  • We will complete the project punch list. Together we will compile the final punch list, normally about ten days before the project ends, and then we will make sure all items are completed before issuing a final certification of completion.
  • Our work will look terrific. We hold ourselves to a higher standard than most contractors, and our work shows that.
  • We provide weekly scheduled updates, checklists for our clients, daily cleanup checklists, and perform mandatory walkthroughs at critical stages of construction. When you are on vacation or traveling, we will connect with you via email, text, or phone to let you know how your project is going.
  • You can be assured your project will be done right the first time, without hidden charges, hassles, or poor quality.
  • We will fulfill our warranty. We offer a THREE year warranty on all workmanship and materials when most contractors only offer the minimum one year warranty required by law. Be assured we will take care of any issue you may have with the work specified in the contract during this period. All you need to do is call us.
