I hired Quality Renovations to do renovations to the house I bought. Pat Dion took down the list of improvements I wanted done which were : New hickory floors, tile in mud room, new alder interior doors, alder baseboard trim, alder door framing, alder front door, new exterior doors for garage and back door to the house, new double pane windows, painting the interior rooms, electrical wiring in house and garage. I asked that a tankless water heater be put in. Pat also lined me up with an Appliance Store that I went with to get my new appliances from. He made sure everything was done as I asked and was very helpful in giving suggestions to improvements I wasn’t sure about. I could call him with more ideas I wanted to see about having done or with any questions or concerns and he responded in a timely matter. He made sure the crews he had coming in to do the various jobs did an excellent job or it was redone to my satisfaction upon my meeting Pat at the house to see how the renovations were coming along. When Pat discovered that the hickory floor in the living room had been scratched after being completed, he got with the Flooring Supervisor and they replaced the damaged area at their cost. I gave Pat Dion the keys to a house I bought he gave me back the home I had visioned and I am very happy with the outcome and how homey it feels.

Over the last 4 months, Quality Renovations transformed the entire downstairs of our dated 70’s home into an oasis of style and modernity. No longer is our kitchen a chore to cook in, our floors are no longer buckled, scuffed and stained, our walls are not scarred and mismatched. Our home is now warm and inviting, a true joy and pleasure to share with friends and family. Pat Dion and the professionals he works with made our dreams a reality with excellent communication and consistent quality of workmanship. Quality Renovations & Home Services not only performed the work specified but went out of their way to accommodate changes – even in areas where fine carpentry was requested. The skill level of the construction team is high and all members of the team operated with respect and integrity. Pat Dion, owner, was frequently present to oversee the work of his team and consult on any possible changes.

We’ve use Quality Renovations twice (and currently have them slated for a third job) and couldn’t be happier with Pat and the team over at QR. The first job was a small bathroom shower re-model (11/14) and the second was a much larger demo and repair job due to water intrusion (4/15). QR and their team is everything you’re looking for in a contractor – professional, courteous, caring, quality workmanship and responsive.

To give you a sense of how responsive they are, it was the middle of winter and we had a water leak start in our mud room. I called them as soon as I noticed it and they were down the next day to not only diagnose the cause of the water damage but also put up a temporary solution to prevent further water intrusion until we could properly fix the problem. They worked with me to come up with a fix based on our budget as well as our future plans.

I know that I can call them with any problem – big or small – and they’ll get back to me straight away. The best thing that I can say is if you are like me and you’ve been looking at 4 or 5 different companies to assist you with a project, trying to find the right company that you can trust to do the work, then stop looking and give Pat a call.

Quality Renovations painted my large front room, stairwell, kitchen, and small balcony. hey were professional yet friendly and nice to have around as they took care to do an excellent job of prepping the areas to be painted. They were patient with my one momentary indecision on paint color, and Pat came by personally when I had questions regarding the crown molding. From Pat on down, their attention to detail was appreciated. I would not hesitate to call Pat at Quality Renovations for my next home project. The work was done well and in a timely manner.

Pat was very timely. I can’t believe how quickly the project fell together. It took three weeks from start to stop, which is incredible for a complete kitchen remodel. It was like clockwork. The vast majority of his suggestions for modifications to the original plan came out very well. It’s really a lovely project.

We had 4 windows replaced, removal of a closet, new hardwood and tile floors put in our laundry, kitchen, dining, entryway and powder room. This process started 4 months ago with the planning. QR helped us decide on new window configurations, tile and hardwood colors, styles and configuration. We planned for a lot of the work while we were on vacation. This takes total trust to allow several people in and out of our home while we were out of the country. While we were still living in the home, QR did everything they could to keep our home livable. They cleaned it every day before they left. We met with the subs prior to our leaving and felt completely confident that we would come home to a great finished product and we did! There is so much that goes into some of these remodel jobs that you don’t think about and QR did a great job of bringing up things we needed to think about beforehand to make sure what we wanted was doable and justified and that they understood what we were trying to accomplish!
